while I agree with the beginning of your post about the glamorization of forensic pathology, there is nothing wrong with wanting to do it. Being able to understand the material and explain it to a classmate I found to be the best way for me, personally. Try to get a high MCAT (>31-33), do research, volunteer, shadow a doctor or do some other clinical experience. Be prepared for the roughest years of your life (until residency).
